This is a beautiful boot but the sizing is too large for me. I own other Solovair shoes in the same size and they are perfect. Here the issue is the ankle. I’m a pretty big guy and my ankles are swimming in this boot. Even laced together as tight as possible, I could probably slide this boot off. Will be returning but concerned about sizing down making the rest fit poorly. I’m a size 14 US and received a size 13UK(14US).

I can"t say enough on the ease of exchanges! I live in the USA and ordered a pair of penny loafers. I read that the sizing is a little larger than your typical size. I ordered a size 10 US when I typically wear a 10. 5-11 US depending on cut of the shoe. The shoe was a little tight in the toe box so I initiated an exchange for a 10. 5 US. First off, the order comes with a bag for possible return shipping, Amazing! Second off they pay for return shipping FROM THE US! All i had to do was print the label and order infor and drop it off at the carrier. A few day later I recieved notification that my return was processed and a new pair was on the way. SO EASY! The 10. 5 US loafers fit perfectly so lesson learned, on my end. Again, couldnt be happier with the quality of the shoe or the service. Thank you!
