Returned first pair because they were poorly sized (the size they personally suggested ran too big) and the color (gaucho crazy) was ridiculously different from the website photos. Switched the color and went down a half size and now this pair runs small. It’s impossible to figure out which size to order with this company. Apparently no size will fit me, they are either way too big or way too small. The size they suggested with my exact foot measurements was totally wrong. I would not suggest anyone order these shoes unless they have a lot of extra time to return them (and possibly never get the correct size).

Boots arrived as expected, bounced around a bit in customs and that was fun to watch (thanks Trump, ya buttface).

Arrived fast and in good condition. Exchange has been easy so far but is not yet complete. Customer service was reasonably prompt, maybe a two or three day turnaround on the exchange process.

This is my second pair of NPS Boots my first pair were Englanders in Ox Blood, I feel this pair is made sturdier and is significantly more comfortable, thinking about getting a shoe variation in black

Excellent shoes. It took a bit of time to break in, but after that, the shoes are really comfortable. I like how stylish they are. Solovair has great customer service. I had issues with delivery, and they were extremely helpful!
