I have to say that through it all they were nothing short of amazing in terms of communication and professionalism. They guaranteed that if thebshoe would come back in stock they would let me know. Then the day came and they did restock the very specific shoe i wanted in my size. Absolutely worth very dime!! Super comfy, sturdy, and look great. Went down on my bike and the boots are still holding up with nothing more than a scuff. Saving up to buy more. There are the only boots you'll ever need. For sure downsizing next time but can tell you very confidently there will be a next time.
