The entire experience with Solovair has been excellent. The initial purchase and shipping was very quick. When I needed to exchange for sizing reasons they made the exchange process free and easy. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Really happy with my new purchase. The online sale and exchange process (I had to change sizes) was efficient and prompt! Gaucho leather is very soft so the "breaking in" is easy. Have always been a fan of Crazy Horse and this one did not disappoint! Previously, I used to wear the Dr Martens 1461 Oxford Shoes, which were always too tight. Luckily, Solovair makes half sizes so I got half a size larger than my usual. So far, definitely easier on my poor pinky toes without being too long or loose around the heel and ankle. I just wish there were as many Gibson style options with a 409 last as there are with the 2488 for us wide-footed people.

Beautifully made. Top tier style. Shipping took a bit longer but that was expected considering the times we are in. I dont even need to break them in. Very comfortable. True to size.

They seem well-made and the sizing chart helped me find the right size (I ended up sizing down a half size). They do rub a bit as the leather is quite stiff, a shoe stretcher helped so now I can wear them a bit each day until they’re broken in. They’re OK comfort-wise, I purchased the insoles but will need to wait until the boots stretch a bit to use them.
