quick professional install and assembly of my new machine and the old one was hauled away

Machine came defective and I had to wait for 3 weeks for it to get fixed by a technician. Also there is no HR sensors and you have to use an accessory to measure your heart rate! Other than this it is a decent machine.

I would love to buy the rowing machine

NordicTrack makes the mistake of thinking their models are there customers. You discontinued upright bike is the best thing I bought and you discontinued it.

After some initial difficulty working with Nordictrack to replace a defective rowing unit, they have responded favorably and been very helpful. The machines I have and regularly use (stationary bike, rower and Freestride Trainer) all work very well and I enjoy using them.

Wish you didn’t have to pay extra for install considering the price point. Otherwise great service

Our new treadmill has to be continuously reset throughout the first year of purchase. It will not complete a full workout without stopping mid run.
