I love this machine. I had 1750 before this one but this huge monitor is really helpful. I can watch Netflix while walking and run way faster on this one. It is way more quit than 1750. Also, when I walked more than an hour on the older machine, my knees started to hurt but it has never happened on this one.

Treadmill is squeaky and loud and still trying to figure out how to use without expensive iFit subscription

I would recommend that Nordictrack advocates for the customer all through the purchase and delivery process. I felt as though once I made the purchase, I was at the mercy of the seperate delivery company, who did not let me know where my equipment was or when I could expect delivery. When I finally demanded info from Nordictrack, they were very accomodating.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the RW900 rower and Ifit app. We have previously had competitor workout equipment and Nordic Track hands down is superior. We both have incorporated the rower into our daily workouts.

I wish the technology aspect was easier to use.

The guys who delivered the rower and treadmill were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was copasetic.

This has arrived broken. It has stayed broken. Customer service has not provided a solution to have this fixed. The only thing that I have been offered is one month free of I-fit. I have been a longtime Nordic track customer. I have a treadmill and a bicycle. Very disrespectful.

Shipping and setup was great. The team who set it up was done in 30 minutes. If it was left to me it would have taken me 30 days! Very easy to use daily and reliable.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience to date. It is impossible to upload my apps, even after spending hours with technical support and changing the screen. I had to replace the seat post, power switch and a few other parts for it to stop creaking when I pedal. On a positive note, the video training experience is excellent, as is the service to replace all the parts.

My delivery experience with NordicTrack was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, and communication regarding scheduling and delivery updates was clear and timely. The delivery team arrived within the scheduled window, were professional, courteous, and handled everything with care.
