It works great other than I have issues with the touchscreen sometimes, as it will take multiple attempts to select an adjustment. Other than that, it works great.

Great service and equipment

From purchase to delivery, I am very satisfied customer since my first NordicTrack purchase in 2021. While the equipment is great, I would have not been able to stay as engaged in my fitness routine without the iFit App programs/workouts/trainers. I do miss the physical milestone rewards though!

The hardware is great and easy to set up. Unfortunately, none of the helpful features, INCLUDING using other apps like Netflix, is tied to an overpriced ($33/mo!) subscription. I will never recommend a product that provides only the bare minimum features unless the OWNER of the hardware also pays monthly/annually.

Nice machine, but doesn't work as intended. Machine is so difficult in lowest setting my wife cannot use and I have trouble due to a bad knee. NordicTrack sent out a service rep and it worked correctly for a day and its right back to original problem. Again, great machine, built well but essential unusable in its current state.
