The Ai chatbot is annoying, frustrating and beyond troubling - when you spend $4K on a machine, and its not doing what you promised, you want to talk to someone. iFit is less than what I expected, there is nothing wrong with negative feedback, or saying I dont like this person and iFit remembering that so you do not have to see that trainer populate your screen every single time. Also, iFit should have settings that save to your profile, I shouldnt have to say I want to run in the mountains every single time, it should be a profile setting.

This Treadmill is extremely heavy, I was installing mine upstairs so make sure you have 3 or 4 Helpers when moving this, or pay for the move and install
