NordicTrack was great when we purchased our bundle of the bike and elliptical, I called in our order. . Both machines were delivered, set up to our liking. When we wanted to ask about returning the elliptical, I was on the phone for over an hour the 1st call I made and didn’t get correct information. I waited a day or so and called back. The 2 people that I spoke with were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The return was initiated and the elliptical will be picked up in a few days. We really regret having to lose a good chunk of money on the return since “you don’t know what you don’t know” when buying a machine without trying it, which we don’t live close to any stores that carry the particular elliptical we purchased. We love the bike and are keeping it.

Great machine runs, smooth and really provides a great workout

Great equipment! It performs reliably and quietly for a treadmill! The i-fit component really adds to my motivation as I am hiking all over the world and enjoying the scenery as well as some of the cultural education on the walks! I highly recommend having additional help to move the equipment into your home correct location and help (at least 2 people) to assemble it as recommended. I assembled it myself, but it was a challenge.

The X24 has been a great addition. I complete many outside road miles, and the X24 has allowed me to complete more realistic indoor miles. We already had IFIT with our 6-year-old treadmill and I have loved completing the IFIT cycling workouts. I especially like the incline/decline feature, as it allows me to simulate some outside hill riding. The large screen is great as well. It was easy to set up, and I have had no issues over the last month. I am very happy with my purchase.

No complaints regarding ordering or shipping. Wish I could return the product, though. . . Why are you making me write another section?

Great Machine. It’s a total workout at home

I have had a great experience with Norditrac and their machines. We have a treadmill, a bike and just ordered a rower so love the IFIT and ability to use one subscription. Both machines are well built and happy with the machines. We have received professional service and received the orders in a timely manner. No regrets on the purchases.
