It’s impossible to talk to a human customer service agent. It seems like AI or chatting is the only way to communicate and sometimes that just isn’t good enough. Some situations require an actual human being. I think you should use less AI and increase your customer service employees for real-time help.

Just wish it wouldn’t have taken so long from the time I ordered to arrive.

My NordicTrack X24 Bike is an amazing machine. What makes it truly special is that it goes far beyond just indoor cycling. The different iFIT trainers not only help me improve my fitness, nutrition, technique, and overall knowledge, but they also take me on incredible journeys around the world. I get to experience different countries, cultures, landscapes, weather conditions, terrains, and riding styles—all while training at home. The combination of the X24 Bike, the trainers, and the immersive routes makes every workout different. Some days it feels like a serious training session; other days, it feels like I'm exploring a new part of the world on my bike. For someone who loves cycling, fitness, travel, and adventure, it's an incredible experience. It doesn't just make me want to exercise—it makes me look forward to the next ride.

I have never used a rower before this. After using this one, I have definitely been missing out. It’s nice and smooth and does a full body workout, all while enjoying some amazing destinations.

Excellent experience in every way!

It’s pretty darned good. I’m having a bit of trouble with all the electronic stuff—figuring out how to get things done, like choose a session or get my heart rate number to come up—stuff like that. And there’s a clicking sound with most revolutions of the pedals with some but not all workouts. Parenthetically, this is only the third day I’ve had it and I’ve done one workout each day, so hopefully I’ll get it figured out as I continue to use it.

Definitely enjoying my new reformer. The carriage is narrower than what I’ve grown accustomed to in a studio. It’s taking some getting used to as a tall girl, particularly side lying exercises, but it’s still a great machine. The classes have been good too.

Easy to coordinate with for the most part. Paying for someone else to set it up was also very convenient.

Everything about the experience was top tier! I used the chat feature on the website to connect with an associate who answered all my questions and helped me select the best option. The delivery was on time and fast! They disassembled my old treadmill and took it away, and then assembled my new treadmill and walked me through the operations and features in just one hour! Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful.

I recently got into running over the winter. I live in Las Vegas and it’s way too hot to run outside. I wanted to keep my momentum going. The treadmill was super easy to assemble. Creating custom interval workouts is a breeze. Very happy with the purchase!

The treadmill and its capabilities are great. My only complaint is, despite the large price tag, Nordictrack requires you to pay for just about everything in the infotainment system. I wouldnt have a problem with it if was simply for their iFit programming - that’s a service that should require payment. But this fee is also required to use third-party streaming services - ones that you already pay a fee for. This is frustrating as it essentially makes the screen useless without paying for an expensive subscription service.
