love the expierence, shipping was fast and the financing was great
Deck squeaks when walking and increasing or decreasing incline. Bluetooth does not work as it should.
Oustanding
In the cold winter NY months, this treadmill has given us a way to continue on our fitness journey and reach our goals.
Shipping was prompt and efficient. Installation instructions were consice, thorough and easy to follow. Packing was superb.
Decent treadmill, but no Bluetooth. NordicTrack did not respond to a service question. Not recommended.
Good experience overall, but a little pricey to install. Great customer service though.
Great customer service
Great job.
From Catskills to the Alps: Why We Love the 2450 We love our NordicTrack Commercial 2450. Straight up, this thing gets used every single day in our house and it’s been a killer addition. A couple small notes from a guy who owns a tap set and isn’t afraid to use it: The bolts for the uprights were a little… enthusiastic about cross-threading. They didn’t want to start cleanly. I chased the threads with a tap, got everything lined up properly, and it went together without drama. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Second - at very low walking speeds (<2 mph), the belt seems to slow slightly. It’s not slipping at all - I’ve aligned it and tensioned it properly, it just feels like it drags a touch at crawl speed. Once you’re moving at a normal pace, it’s totally smooth. Could be calibration, could be me being picky. Now the good stuff. We absolutely love it. The iFit integration is phenomenal. Running through tiny villages in Switzerland while it auto-adjusts incline? Unreal. It makes a 6am treadmill run feel borderline romantic. Only critique on the content side: when the camera pans left or right mid-run, it can feel a little disorienting since your body is moving straight forward. When the camera stays forward-facing, it’s perfect. When it pans, it’s like your inner ear files a complaint. Overall though? Total win. It’s built well, feels solid, gets daily abuse, and actually makes indoor training enjoyable. Would buy again!
IFIT sucks
Great treadmill and delivery and setup was great
Super fast delivery
When called to ask for help the attendant kept making excuses about what she has access to and gave no help.
This is my first treadmill, and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s extremely comfortable to run on, and I really enjoy the large screen and the iFit experience. There are, however, a few improvements I would love to see in future updates: 1. Easier Pace Entry Manually adjusting pace is not very intuitive. I’m currently in full marathon training mode and regularly perform interval and threshold workouts. It would be incredibly helpful to have a digital keypad that allows users to enter an exact pace directly, rather than relying on repeated presses of the plus/minus buttons. 2. Editing Workouts Creating workouts is a great feature, but editing them is cumbersome. At present, making changes requires duplicating the workout and deleting the original, which results in losing the workout history. A more flexible editing system would greatly improve usability. 3. Pace Accuracy & Calibration The treadmill’s reported pace appears inaccurate, and there is no available calibration option. I use both Stryd and Garmin, and all three devices consistently disagree on pace. To address this, I purchased a Runn sensor to measure the actual belt speed. This proved essential, as I was previously running at unintended intensities, which negatively impacted my training. 4. Belt Smoothness The belt exhibits slight stuttering, particularly at slower speeds. I have lubricated the deck and adjusted belt tension, but the issue remains noticeable. 5. Platform Stability & Noise The rear of the platform was bouncing/banging against the floor. Placing soft gym pad tiles underneath resolved the noise issue, but improved stability would be appreciated. 6. App Flexibility It would be great to have the ability to install additional apps (e. g. , Zwift). While I understand system limitations, greater flexibility within the UI would be a welcome enhancement. I have no interest in accessing privileged modes for this, but native support would be ideal.
So far so good.
Great customer service.
Shipping was decent, the last mile were not equipped with what it takes to bring the machine. Once in, installing was a breeze with their video instructions, two weeks in, the machine started squeaking at 4 mph with 180 pound person on it. ifit is great to work with.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at NordicTrack. My experience has been beyond frustrating. Ryan Mulligan was very responsive and attentive while making the sale, but once the purchase was completed, communication completely stopped. I have emailed him several times requesting assistance with my treadmill, and every single message has gone unanswered. It feels like once they secured the sale, customer support no longer mattered. This company seems to care more about closing deals than actually supporting their customers afterward. When you invest this kind of money into equipment, you expect reliable service and follow-up. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to consider the lack of post-sale support before making a purchase.
Been great so far
