easy delivery and setup

At my age, 73, I'm cautious with the type or exercise I do and the exertion applied. The recumbent bike fits the bill perfectly. There isn't any pressure on the back or wrists that may occur with a regular bike. The I-fit training instructors are encouraging and experienced. I have enjoyed rides across the beautiful lands of Cyprus and Tuscany. Feeling stronger every day.
