Shipping was fast and easy. The machine is great and feels quality.

Shipping was seamless. We received an email and were able to select a time that worked for us and it showed up exactly when they said it would. Setup was easy too. There is an option to pay for setup at delivery but this machine is incredibly easy to assemble (or so my husband said). So far we’ve been loving it!

The shipping was a awful. They showed up a day early with no call. The delivery driver hit my neighbors pickup ( he did go talk to my neighbor). My treadmill right arm cover will not snap into place and the leg covers pop off. The incline/decline is rough. I love the screen and ease of use better than my last two treadmills. If Nordictrack could help me with my right arm cover and the leg covers that would be great.

I’m really happy with my NordicTrack 2450. The large screen is amazing and makes the workouts feel so much more immersive. iFIT has also been a great surprise — the workouts are engaging and motivating, and it makes using the treadmill much more enjoyable. Customer service was also very patient and helpful while I was deciding which model to get. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.
