Received a photo sample with the opportunity to make changes, which they did quickly. After changes were made I received an updated photo sample. I approved it, I felt like I then received my custom patches in a reasonable amount of time. I only wish they had been bigger, much to small for a center hat patch. That was on me. I will order bigger next time which I will be doing soon at that was what I was needing them for. Overall easy to work with received in a reasonable time frame, them look awesome and ironed on well.
