These came fast and exactly as I expected. I will be back!

I am very satisfied with the end product (patches). I am glad I paid for the proofing option. I had to send back the proofs for revision 5 times due to issues were the shapes were not clear, lines were broken, or colors bled into one another. Issues would be identified, corrected, but then something else was amiss, or a prior issue occurred again. I'm not sure what their product review process is like, but I recommend paying the extra $20 to get product proofs.

Patches were better than expected. I will order a tad larger size next time though!!

The patches I ordered of my logo are fantastic - great quality, the lettering is very clear and easy to read, and my artwork translated to the embroidery very well. Love these, will definitely order more.

Quality of materials and color is good. You have to be careful with detailing. Especially outlined type faces. Simple graphics will be best. I've included the original art and the final Patch. Quite a difference. It will be a learning curve.

The patches came out perfectly. Perfect replicas of the design i sent and the exact size I reuqated. Very good customer service as well.

My patches came lightning fast, regular mail, and they were perfect. I'm a new customer, so I ordered the flat patches of my logo. Now that I see that they actually care, the next order of patches I get will be the 3D ones.

I ordered some patches with my cattle brand for my ranch. They came in with the wrong type of backing. I emailed and in less than an hour they offered to remake them or refund my money. I had them remade and received them in a week. They are amazing. The quality is great. Customer service is amazing.

Love the patches! Wish there was a "no backing" or "easy sew" backing. Patches were high quality. Just re-ordered.

Great product

This was the first time I ordered from your site. It was easy and the patches turned out awesome! I was a little nervous since I couldn't review the order, but they turned out just like I ordered them and excited to use them for a hat bar we are doing at our gym with the gymnasts.
