I’m very happy with the patches that I ordered from Ninja Patches. The quality seems good and they attached really nicely using my heat press. Overall, I’ll be ordering more soon!

Love the Embroidered Patches. They sent me PVC patches but I think that was a mistake.

I didnt like the PVC patches. I think there was a mistake. Ive only always ordered Embroidered patches.

I just had AI generate a patch image for me of what I wanted. Uploaded it here got really impressive results. Can’t believe how well it turned out. Looking forward to placing my next order.

The patches were not as expected. First, the ordering was a bit confusing as I wanted full color printed and when ordering, it kept asking for the merrow color (which I did not want) but I could not get past it. So, I figured for my first order with Ninja I would see what they were like. The printing on the patch was good but when pressing them onto caps, only the center portion has the seal, not the merrow so they kind of pull up. Really disappointed. I'm not sure I'd order again. I think I'll just stick with my DTF cap patches.

I ordered some patches to place on hats for my bachelor party and these came out a lot better than I had expected. My design had some fine details and copy and it all looks as sharp as can be. I know PVC patches require a bottom platen for the hat press but I was able to use a heat gun and melt the glue backing before placing in the hat. Which seemed to work great!

My first order I had to wait a very long time but unfortunately it was lost at the post office supposedly. I emailed you which I shouldn’t have waited so long to do so and you totally redeemed yourself by redoing my patches and rushing the delivery. I received my package right away and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Ordered patches with my brand logo. When they arrived, I realized they didn’t have the Velcro backing. Reached out to Ninja Patches and they were quick to issue a return shipping label. A couple weeks later, the corrected patches arrived. While no one wants to deal with incorrect orders, I think they’re handling of the situation speaks volumes.
