Poor communications regarding production time and shipping. They were not fast, but they are good.

I like them but they are not what I expected. I thought they would be brighter and not so bland. I had never ordered full color before so I guess I expected something different.

Very good quality and easy to follow instructions. I was able to use a regular iron, but parchment paper is a must.
