The patches we received were perfect, exactly as described, and the quality was great.

My patches arrived long after I expected them to and the package was torn open. I'm not sure if this was ninja patches's challenge or the United States Postal Service, however, when I contacted ninja patches with pictures and a story they immediately responded. Sent me what was not in my package and gave me a $20 credit towards my next purchase. Now that is great customer service and a company that I would definitely give another shot.
