The patches are beautiful and came way faster than expected.

The quality exceeded my expectations. Coloring was good and there was more detail than I expected there to be. Also it arrived way faster than I thought it would. Overall great experience, I expect to order again in future.

We received our patches quickly and they are wonderful quality. We wanted to order a small batch of logos for a team of 4 and we were able to do that without large additional costs like other sites were going to charge. We will definitely work with Ninja again.

I ordered a custom embroidery design I submitted. Received the order and the colors were off. I contacted customer service, which took a couple of days to get a response. Calling did not assist in any way. Had to all be written. Gave them specifics and they made new ones that turned out great. They guaranteed their work and wasn’t charged for the rework. Quality is very good. Instructions on how to iron apply were very easy to follow.

My original order had some issues and the patches were not designed how they needed to be. I explained the issue and Ninja responded quickly stating that they will fix it and resend the new patches. They even included a few extra patches.

I’m happy with how my patches turned out, my image didn’t crop well when I uploaded it to their website but they followed my instructions and made it come out just how I wanted it to. My only issue is how long shipping took, nearly a month to get my order, when I placed my order I was told up to 13 business days

Ordered custom patches and the design experience was easy to navigate and the end product turned out great and was high quality. The time to get the patches was longer than anticipated as the production ran a day or two over and the estimated time does not include the actual delivery.
