I had an issue with the first order. Stitching too thick. They remade them and they are now perfect!

Very pleased with the work that was done on my embroidered designs. This has been my second order and will eventually look at another order with a different design.

To be honest, I was very concerned about ordering these and the amount of money I was spending I was concerned about quality and what they would look like. I am more than pleasantly surprised. They matched the colors perfectly off of a very little information I provided to them and the ease of putting these on material was great! Thank you ninja!

I thought they would be 2”x 2” but they were only 1. 5” tall and are way too small to be used on hats. Was a waste of $100. So disappointed. And the turn around time was almost month. Last order for me.
