It was just ok

It has been one month since we have ordered and paid our order 11165 but we never got it!!! It was send to the wrong address & country, although I have informed the seller the minute we have got the confirmation email. I kept writing the seller each day to change the shipping address the same as the billing address. I was assured by Teddy it was done and then I have got the shipping info that our order was sent to the wrong address & country. I even wrote to DHL to change the address, they told that only the shipper was allowed to change the shipping address. Then finally I have got the reply from another employee, Andy, who apologized and told be, he has asked the warehouse to resend the order to the right address. It has been 3 weeks since and we still did not get anything. 2 weeks ago he wrote that the order will be sent within 24h so we may add some items with no shipping costs. We have done the additional order - and got only the additional items, NOT our order 11165 !!! I do not know anymore what to do. I just want our order or the refund, but since 1 week, even if I send reminders every day, no reply from the seller!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They communicated until I asked for return authorization due to the lanterns not operating as intended. No one has responded to multiple requests. It’s shameful to operate this way. I purchased in good faith, but now left with defective merchandise. I’d say zero stars if that was an option.

Everything I’ve ordered is outstanding.

Have bought many sets of lights and have never been disappointed, love them.

I have already shared about not receiving 3 different lanterns, messaging twice and not receiving a response. Rubbish customer service.
