Bad quality, bad customer service. Trying to return it and no one is getting back to me. Very frustrating

***********SCAM************ Nest & Flowers, which should be called Fake and Fraudulent, is a company to avoid entirely—do not click, browse, or order from them under any circumstances. Once I purchased their “festive lights,” issues arose immediately. Their customer service team, which is fully automated, is designed to be evasive, give false information, and cause confusion, leading to multiple email exchanges. They have no public phone number. Email responses take days, and their replies are intentionally unhelpful, seemingly aimed at preventing any resolution. This behavior is deliberate. Despite promising 2-3-day shipping, the product arrived almost 3 weeks later. I wanted to return it because it was late, my event had passed, and I no longer needed it. The Nest and Flowers team’s response was, “We didn't know you needed these for an event. ” I have never encountered such nonsense with any online order. (EVER) Returning products within their stated policy is nearly impossible. When the product finally arrived on December 18th (ordered on November 26th), I was told the return was invalid because it was past the 14-day window—despite it being only December 22nd. They also require you to pay for return shipping, even though you covered the original delivery. (22-18= 4 days, not 14 days) Stuck with nearly a thousand dollars' worth of product, I opened the box and realized that what was shown and described on Instagram was utterly false. The items are flimsy with plastic bases—precisely what you don't want if you're aiming for aesthetic quality and sophistication, which is heavily promoted on their website. Do not contact or connect in any way with Nest & Flowers. Facebook has also issued alerts about this company’s scam.

Return shipping was $450 so I’m stuck with Walmart quality lights for $500

I’m embarrassed that I purchased it. While it’s pretty, they are incredibly overpriced. They are just cheap plastic, and it is outrageous the amount that you charge for this. Unfortunately, they can’t be returned.

The products were less quality than expected for the price! Also BEWARE, you cannot return without paying it yourself and it will be hundreds of dollars because you’re sending it over overseas! No one tells you that when you’re purchasing! They wouldn’t even let me ship back things that were broken!

I have not received it. I sent an email asking if the DHL email asking for more shipping dollars was legit or a scam and no one responded.

Still waiting for a replacement for the mini table light that won’t work

Overpriced - lights were too small and not good enough quality for the price. It’s a shame since they looked amazing in the ad…disappointed

I am very disappointed in these lights. Even though they came with a battery I couldn’t get the light to actually turn off even with the switch underneath. It’s also a pain to put new batteries in these lights because you need a tiny screwdriver to unscrew the cover. The batteries didn’t last long, which is disappointing. These lights were expensive and certainly not worth the price.

The lights were over $300 and they look like they cost $50. 00 for all six. They were cheap and when we went to return the lights it would cost $330 to ship back to China or wherever they came from!!
