I purchased the set of table, decorations and tea lights. They looked lovely, but two didn’t work. I immediately sent an email to customer service inquiring about how to return and replace the two that didn’t function. A few days later I got a text instructing me to just reset the batteries on the T. lights. We had already tried that and it didn’t work so I immediately responded to inform that it didn’t work and inquiring how to return and receive replacements before my dinner party. To this day they have never responded. Really disappointing customer service.
