I never received my order despite contacting them for an update My request for a refund wasn’t fulfilled and they clearly had no intention of doing so I would never use this company again Exceptionally poor experience

These lights are stunning and my garden path looks so magical. The option of solar or using battery makes these lights very versatile and easy

Arrived quickly. Worked beautifully. Stayed in place no matter how windy it was.

I paid extra to have lights and other items expedited for my wedding. Not only did they come 3 weeks late. They ignored all my emails to cancel the order if it would not come when initially stated and paid for. There is no one to get in touch with. I’m sure this review will not be posted b/c they only post 5 star ones. Horrible company!

I had purchased 3 of an item and it had a warranty on it and one of the items stopped working. I let the company know and they shipped a replacement immediately. Thanks customer service!

On website where I ordered, it said 5-7 shipping. I ordered 11/24 and they still haven’t come. Didn’t realize it was from London! These are Christmas decorations that are a gift!

We waited for delivery and still do ! Never arrived and no money back either 😢

Service and quality of the product are excellent... will order again from nest of flowers!
