After fully assembled swing was tested out we are quite pleased with the hammock swing. However, assembly was frustrating because of hardware bolts and post caps that were difficult to fit together without stripping threads. These included 4" and 4 1/2" bolts that are not easily found in a hardware store. Thankfully, customer service at Nags Head Hammocks was quick to respond with replacement parts that arrived next day by Fed Ex and I was able to complete the project. Otherwise, the assembly was not bad. I hope the store will address this trivial detail to improve the hardware. We are going to enjoy the swing and it looks like a fine addition to our outdoor space. From this point on it should serve as a great stress reliever.

We have had our porch swing for over 20 years and it was starting to fall apart . I knew I wanted the same type of swing again. Ordered and received in 3 days. Love it just as shown. Looking forward to lots of use when the weather gets better

The hammock swing is awesome - we replaced an old outdated chair in our bedroom with this cool modern look - and it’s super comfy! The whole family loves it.

Nags Head Hammocks was a dream to work with!! We had a chair that was a very old model that needed a new hammock. The staff bent over backwards to figure out how we could make a hammock work and actually did everything remotely!! It was so easy! Thank you so much to the staff who made an old chair new again!!
