Product came one week after ordering which was awesome. However one part was incorrect. When I called for a replacement I was told it would be several weeks before the correct part could be sent because it was the “busy season”. I called and spoke to Judy and told her I was a bit upset about new orders taking precedence over correcting my order. Judy said she would see what she could do to get it to me sooner. The part came one week later. Thank you Judy! We finally get to use our swing. We love it!,

We love the chairs, and table too. We received delivery in two days just as advertised. Assembly was easy and when we needed additional hardware, due to damage during assembly (they did not send us damaged parts), they sent us replacements also within two days.

Absolutely love these ! I had 6 of them we used for foot rests for 15 years and when we sold our home the buyers wanted them so we sold with the home . I was so nervous they didn’t make them any more but lo and behold they do ! Ordered again and love ! Easy to clean , just dawn dish soap and a hose 😊 Highly recommend recommend !

I have had great service and great products from NHH for years and years. Well built to last.

Worked! The wood screws for attaching the feet were oddly just loose in the box, which had torn open so only 3 of 8 remained. I had some spare ones around so no harm. Love the hammock and stand.

The salesperson/manager at Nags Head Hammocks was excellent to work with. He was there for both purchases, several months apart, and somehow remembered. He did a great job letting me figure out what I wanted and then helping me make the order. Free shipping / delivery is wonderful, but you certainly do pay for what you're getting. I just happen to think it's worth it.
