Hammocks came in lopsided. Appeared to have had two different weavers working on the ropes. One side was tighter weaved than the other. Also, the seats were tied off in a downward slope at the knees. Complaints were made by family members that they felt like they were sliding down and out of swing. We had to re-tie all 3 new swings.

The first time my husband mentioned getting a hammock, I started hunting the internet. The hammocks at the stores around us did not seem sturdy and not made in the USA. You stood out as far as quality and durability. It was an easy choice. The product arrived fairly quickly and was easy to assemble. It was a birthday present for my husband and he is very impressed with the quality and comfort.

Some of the frame was scratched during shipping (1 of 5 pieces was scratched). Wasn't packaged the best to prevent this. Wasn't a big deal to me but might matter more to others

We received our hammock very quickly, it was super easy to hang, and has been sturdy and comfortable! We LOVE it!

The hammock came with tree hooks not s hooks. When I called the phone# on the packing slip I was advised that the s hooks were not included as part of my order. I was disappointed by that but willing to purchase the hooks until I was told about the shipping cost. I asked for free shipping as it was part of the same order but was told that I would have to pay for shipping. I opted not to not purchase the hooks but was tempted to return the entire order. I was disappointed with this and will not order from Nags Head in the future.

I ordered our 2nd NHH hammock sing several weeks ago! We had our first swing for 16 years! I love the new design where the bottom cushion is wider and more comfortable on your legs just above your knees! The best swing we’ve ever had! We also just welcomed our first grandchild and we love swinging her, she loves it too! Fast shipping and fairly easy assembly (definitely need 2 people to assemble)

Exactly what I ordered. Love the colors. We got this one to replace our other Nags Head hammock that lasted over 12 yrs.
