The salesperson/manager at Nags Head Hammocks was excellent to work with. He was there for both purchases, several months apart, and somehow remembered. He did a great job letting me figure out what I wanted and then helping me make the order. Free shipping / delivery is wonderful, but you certainly do pay for what you're getting. I just happen to think it's worth it.

Swing arrived quickly, packaged well, and as described. This is the 7th Nags Head Hammocks swing we've ordered. We have three, and we've given the others as gifts. Everyone loves them!

Poor shipping experience and disappointing customer service.

First let me say, we love your hammocks. The last one lasted 11 years. Love the color of this dbl navy! But it did not fit the hooks from our last hammock. My husband is going to move hooks to accommodate the longer size. On the old hooks it hits the ground with a body. Otherwise look forward to 12 years of relaxing.

Susan is so lovely and delightful. We really enjoyed chatting with her. She is very customer service oriented and was extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing her again when we go back to Duck.

The box was damaged upon arrival, but thankfully the swing was not affected. We received it in a timely manner. It is sturdy yet comfortable.

Easy to order and easy to install with the included instructions. I would suggest additional communication on when the item has been shipped, etc. I recommend this company!

shipping and service great, price double what it was and could have bought complete swing locally for the price of arms i have bought over the years, the arms dont last and i only have swing out in weather june july august

This stand is super easy to assemble and VERY strong. We are very please with this product. Assembly only took five minutes. It will also be very easy to move if we decide to do so.
