Shipping was quick and the price can't be beat

Better shipping bags that don’t rip in transit should be made to address this problem.

Not happy with pilling.

It was a terrible return policy, especially during the holidays, and it was impossible to return an itchy, ill-fitting sweater for a refund two weeks after delivery, since the recipient had opened the gift after the 2-week refund period had passed. Maybe you had better publicize your return policy. Or maybe you count on it to minimize returns. Disappointing and of poor quality, especially compared to similarly priced brands like Banana Republic, J Crew, and Quince.

It did take a while to deliver but I think it’s because I ordered around the holidays. So grateful for Black Friday sale because otherwise it would have been outside my budget.

Great quality at a reasonable price.

The shipping took a long time, which was understandable after thanksgiving sale, but the owner sent a Very long, weirdly uncomfortable email about how he had failed us and…. It was really long. Also it was rendered completely insincere by the response I got to an email I sent to customer service regarding quality. I was asking for an exception to the return policy. With the arrival time being too late to give the sweaters as Christmas gifts, I hadn’t opened them right away because I expected them to be the same quality that I had received in previous years. The response I received quoted their policy, which I had referred to in my email, so obviously I was already aware of, and ignored my mention of the quality of the sweaters. If they had simply said no, I would have been disappointed, but not angry. I had after all, waited too long. But being talked down to, and having the real issue ignored made me feel strongly enough to leave bad reviews.

Good brand. Cashmere pills quite easily upon the first couple of wears.

Waiting over a month for my order not arrived yet

It’s just okay. I have it in the crew neck and love it. Both luxe but this one doesn’t feel as thick. The turtleneck stretches out making it look sloppy. It was final sale so no exchange, I’m stuck with it.

Did not received 3 items. Was notified it was shipped in December. Have not received them. Locate please.

The sweater is gorgeous and it arrived fairly quickly. I'll be buying from Naadam again, when I'm in the market for another expensive piece.
