Excellent service, high quality long lasting cashmere

First time, great quality cashmere, the most beautiful colors (lavender, deep teal and wine) and easy return portal always a plus. I used to buy fingerless cashmere gloves from England, and am always on the lookout…if you were to offer them or dancer tie shrugs in cashmere I would buy them in all the above colors.

The selection is fantastic, and they never run out of popular styles. Shipping was quick as well.

My sweater arrived on time and was nicely packed in a reusable, thick plastic pouch with a Ziploc top that will be useful for storage.

The whole shopping experience was frustrating. Please avoid them unless they ever become more customer focused.

Too small!!! So thin, not so warm.
