I don't always use OEM parts but for some things I still do. Their pricing is very competitive. The items were in stock & shipped within a few days. It's more convenient than driving to the dealer and having them order the same parts. I'll definitely use the online ordering service again.

I was told by your parts department that they don't honor YOUR website's prices for parts at the dealership. That is absolutely ridiculous. Took three trip to the dealership to get one part.

Absolutely wrong product ordered My fault not throughly reading product description. Was expecting wheel covers not lug nuts

Relatively easy to replace and so far it appears to have fixed the problem. I feel better using genuine Nissan parts. I don’t want to get stuck again.

The people were nice the verified the order was correct but the time line was horrible. The site mentioned ship by the July 28th they were shipped later than that and I didn’t get them till the August 3rd so I lost 1 week on repairs. I would have bought them locally if I knew the information provided was not accurate.
