I placed my order on August 24, and after waiting an entire week, my order was canceled on August 31. I had to contact the company separately just to find out why. I was told that the original payment authorization had expired. Apparently, they waited so long to process the order that the original authorization was no longer valid, and when they finally attempted to charge the payment, the order was canceled. Instead of contacting me to resolve the payment issue, they simply canceled the order after I had already waited a week. Now I have to start over elsewhere. Extremely frustrating and poor order processing.
