I was online for ordering a part for my Nissan Quest and wasn’t sure if what I saw online was the correct part so I called and was assisted on the verification of the part before ordering. All went very well from ordering to delivery of the part.

Placed two orders on the same day. Received one. Was told a few days later that the second was not available. “I” had to email them get any shipping, tracking, or any type of information. Would I recommend, no. Ordered the other part from nissanpartsdeal. com and received it in two days.

They advertise custom fit to your vehicle sunshade. It is not! The one I recieved, which they claim is the correct one, is way to big for the windshield. And now I have to pay to ship it back! Service is awful! Waited a week after they recieved payment for them to even process the order. Highly recommend you purchase your sunshade through a different company!

Dont like the way you rush this program. Was like trying to look at a new car and salesman, just interested in selling the vehicle. Rushed. I cancelled this process. Initially was just looking for information. Would never recommend this program and Im a vet. Dont like being rushed or pushy when it comes to this type of issue.

Can't go wrong with OEM parts, everything that I order is what suppose to be in place soʻoooo having that I'll continue to order whatever I need that suppose to be there.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a part using my vehicle's VIN because I wanted to make sure I received the correct part. The part I received did not match my vehicle, and my mechanic confirmed it was the wrong one. Instead of taking responsibility, customer service insisted the part was correct, expected me to pay return shipping, and wanted to charge a restocking fee. I provided photos and explained the issue, but they were unwilling to make it right. I expected much better customer service, especially when ordering by VIN. I won't be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
