I ordered a Driver's side mirror (Left) for my Nissan NV200. I received a Passenger Side (Right) Mirror for a NV200S. That's lousy customer Service!

The mailman put my merchandise in someone else’s mailbox and I can’t get the item back. Michelle made sure she shipped through UPS so the issue wouldn’t happen again. I was irritated by the situation and she came up with a solution. She kept a great attitude when mine wasn’t the best. I had a good day after my interaction with her.
