The staff was knowledgeable in confirming the parts that I needed were correct and my order arrived quickly.

The part I received is fine, however the shipping time promised was not met. I needed the part by December 29th as it was for my daughter's car and she had to return to school on the 30th. The shipping estimate on the website said "December 27-29" so I figured that would work perfectly in my window. Unfortunately, that timeframe was not met. The item did not even ship until after Christmas, although I ordered it on December 22. Therefore, I now have a part sitting in my garage waiting to be installed in June when my daughter returns from college, in the hopes that the one currently on the vehicle does not fail in the meantime.

I ordered the part on line. The program confirmed that I had the correct part using the VIN I supplied. I didn't receive the part when it was promised however I understand that a severe snow storm interfered with the shipping process. Overall my experience was good.

Delivery took longer than I was originally told.

Left rear step fit was great. The post fit the holes but were threaded like the original part that made the installed very difficult because there was no way to hold in place like the original step.

I received my part before my delivery date. Awesome

The part was not what I expected at all. I was expected a cushion like, padded part instead it was a thin piece of plastic with adhesive that does not stick.

Besides a confusing email address, they were prompt and I got a better price than I could from my local dealer on the part needed for the repair. Interesting note, however, found my dealer would not warranty the work to install the new part though because I did not buy the part from them.
