I ordered a Driver's side mirror (Left) for my Nissan NV200. I received a Passenger Side (Right) Mirror for a NV200S. That's lousy customer Service!

The mailman put my merchandise in someone else’s mailbox and I can’t get the item back. Michelle made sure she shipped through UPS so the issue wouldn’t happen again. I was irritated by the situation and she came up with a solution. She kept a great attitude when mine wasn’t the best. I had a good day after my interaction with her. I’ll buy from them again just because of her professionalism.

I received verbal communication on, no AI experience ( can you imagine that! ) and when the part actually did not fit my cars spec due to my error, I was able to return for a refund without getting held hostage on restocking fees, etc. Definitely a common sense managed company.

The transaction itself was good - they helped me get the right product for my car and it was the best price. The reason for the average rating is because my credit card was stolen and this was the most recent transaction I had with it. Apparently, something about it wasn't secure.
