The shipping and the service were great. I really wanted to talk to a person at Mylands because I actually needed a copy of a Farrow and Ball colour but with Mylands paint. It was for a kitchen and the cabinet maker insisted on using Mylands paint because he said it gave the best finish. Unfortunately the interior designer had specified F&B colours so it all went a bit wonky.

Ordered the Egyptian cotton paint which turned out to be a plaster colour, believe there was a fault in the mixing process. Had to return to my local Brewers and choose another paint supplier as decorator already here. Wasted my time orderering, collecting and returning which quite honestly I should be charging for!

Never arrived and I have chased

I am new to woodworking and have tried several finishes on wood handles for my knives. This product by far produces the best finish I have seen so far.
