Paint didn't match swatch and varied between tins !

Having sent two emails and spoken to your office, you still managed to deliver on the wrong day for the second time, at least you delivered to the right address, what's the problem with your communications in your office.

I recently had a an issue with a delivery of paint samples (courier at fault, not Mylands) and the Mylands customer service was absolutely excellent. Very quick response with proactive action taken. Winning combination of the best paint on the market and faultless customer service.

I have not received the SDS I requested for the product which is why I gave this rating. I have add no complaints about the actual product itself

Great company in the years gone by but now very difficult to order from due to “technology” i. e. artificial intelligence . Sad.

Your paint is great and your staff are really helpful ( Elijah) , but you have to sort out your courier service, my parcel Sat in the depot for a week and then it got ‘lost’ you weren’t aware of this, however, a replacement was sorted quickly .

Fabulous company , very efficient for ordering an wonderful quality paint

Good sized sample delivered promptly.

We ordered an upcycled version of the paint, but it was far too thick and lumpy to use even after lots of mixing (a mixing stick could stand upright in it). We got a replacement from the store, which was better but still a bit on the thick side. Despite all the above the outcome and the colour has looked good, but a bit disappointed in the quality control and customer service aspect.

All good
