I ordered this for a friend of my dad’s so can’t comment on the product. However, the website was easy to navigate and customer support was quick to respond when I needed help. Delivery was also quick.

Awful, awful, awful paint. I spent a small fortune on their Rich Gold paint & primer. Once tin was opened, I spent 10 minutes trying desperately to mix the paint as the colour had separated in the tin. The resulting coverage was extremely patchy. In the end I gave up and had to buy wallpaper instead. Mylands definitely not worth the money. Hugely disappointing, especially at the exorbitant price.

Numerous errors made by the company in sending out paint without pigment, wrongly labelled paint , problematical batch differences - all resulting in additional costs and delays to the customer. No apparent regret from the company.

I chose Mylands Bloomsbury after testing a sample, which appeared warmer and more clay-toned. Unfortunately, once applied to the walls the paint read significantly cooler, with a noticeable mauve/lilac undertone that wasn’t evident from the tester. Coverage and finish were good, but the colour behaved very differently at scale. I queried this with Mylands and was advised it may be due to lack of primer, however the issue was undertone shift rather than opacity or patchiness. Worth being aware that this shade can read extremely lilac on large areas than the tester suggests, particularly in a warm-toned room. Very disappointing and a waste of money for me!!! I did contact mylands but the issue was never resolved.

Fabulous paint and great service

Mylands respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently. Their customer service is excellent.

Great product but phoned every place on Vancouver island for high friction wood finish and it’s not available. Sent an email directly to Company asking about which Canadian Distributor I could contact for this product. Since they could not provide a list, it was suggested that I order directly from England. That’s craze, exchange rate, shipping and customs for one bottle. I’ll be looking for alternatives for now.
