Customer service was great. I input my VIN number and they responded that I ordered the wrong part. They corrected the mistake and sent me the new part quickly. Also, the price was cheaper with the new part.

Was tricky at my end selecting correct part, but website was good, nice images of the parts which helped identify the correct one. Service and delivery good.

I actually ordered the wrong part for my 2019 Cadillac xts and they looked up the VIN number and found the correct part number I needed instead of just sending me the wrong part. I'm very pleased with their customer service and will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered a part based off the diagram. They said it was the wrong part for my vehicle and suggested a different one. And in order for me to be able to get a refund if it was incorrect I needed to order the part that they suggested. So I went with their recommendation. Guess what, a part that wasn’t even close to the needed part came. I requested a return where they then stated there is a 35% restock fee on top of the shipping. Horrible customer service waisted my money with no attempt to make things right.

Needed cartridges for the 6 disc changer in my 2000 Escalade. No longer available from GM dealer. Got the correct nos part from my GM part. Was packaged very well, and arrived in perfect condition. Liked it so much, I ordered the only other one they had. Very happy with entire process. Not super speedy, but I don't mind that, they got everything right. Would use them again. Would recommend to others.
