The part arrived exactly as promised. My only suggestion relates to VIN numbers. . . I entered my vin number twice during the ordering process, but still received an email requesting the vin again after I had ordered.

Customer service was great. I input my VIN number and they responded that I ordered the wrong part. They corrected the mistake and sent me the new part quickly. Also, the price was cheaper with the new part.

Was tricky at my end selecting correct part, but website was good, nice images of the parts which helped identify the correct one. Service and delivery good.

I actually ordered the wrong part for my 2019 Cadillac xts and they looked up the VIN number and found the correct part number I needed instead of just sending me the wrong part. I'm very pleased with their customer service and will definitely use them in the future.

Helpful staff that confirmed that I had the correct part for my vehicle. The price was the lowest of any vendor. The cost of expedited shipping was most reasonable

Ordered a part based off the diagram. They said it was the wrong part for my vehicle and suggested a different one. And in order for me to be able to get a refund if it was incorrect I needed to order the part that they suggested. So I went with their recommendation. Guess what, a part that wasn’t even close to the needed part came. I requested a return where they then stated there is a 35% restock fee on top of the shipping. Horrible customer service waisted my money with no attempt to make things right.
