Customer service aspect of my purchase was awesome. I was directed as to what part I needed and all my questions were answered. However, I ordered this part over 2 weeks ago. After I was already told that it was in stock…. It wasn’t. I was later told it had to come from another shipping distributor, which would take about five days to get it. Which I don’t understand why because if it’s coming from another GM distributor, it should have been shipped from there. It is ridiculous that it had to be sent to the original point of purchase. My part was scheduled to be delivered on September 15, it wasn’t. Today is now the 18th and with the tracking number they provided me it has been sitting at it’s current location for three days. I still don’t have my part and it is extremely frustrating considering the fact that GM has already taken my money. I have a car sitting in my driveway that I can’t drive because I can’t get the part that I paid for two weeks ago. extremely extremely irritating. For the amount of money I paid for this part, It should’ve been overnighted to me at GM’s expense.

They seem to be somewhat inefficient—I sent my VIN when I ordered then they sent an email wanting my VIN. The shipping was very slow then the part number on the box (correct part) was different than the number on the part. Now they won’t send that correct part until they receive the incorrect part back. It’s going to be over two months before I can get the damaged part on my truck replaced. But their communication has been good and pricing is fair.

Box was torn along the side and retaped all the way around. . Part seemed fine. Was scratched, but will be painted anyway. Not sure if the box had originally contained the 4 flange nuts, for mounting it to the liftgate, but can always use the original ones if needed. Otherwise I am happy to have the part.

Actually before we could exchange the part it started closing the gas door so we haven’t had to change it out. But keeping the part in case we need to change the part.

They accepted my order without notifying me that the part was not in stock. I submitted a VIN number part verification, which was never completed or communicated and was also offered at a extra charge of five dollars to push my order to the front of the line. They had to order the part which all they did from there was stuff the box with paperwork and send it back out to me. They never followed up about the verification of fitment and offered to push my order to the front of the line without even having the parts on hand. Genuine GM parts with a genuine hassle, very misleading and unprofessional. I would be very reluctant to do business with them again.

Fit waa perfect. Order date to deliver date was longer than expected, would use this company again.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong part (long box vs. short box) which was caught by the seller based on my VIN. They contacted me immediately to notify me and ask if I was ok with them sending the correct part. It was delivered quickly and fit perfect.
