I was admittedly a little skeptical about ordering from this site at first (just cause I had never done so before). I was looking for a license plate bracket that would fit my car specifically & thankfully this site had the one I needed. Ordering from the site was easy & the delivery didn’t take more than a week. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by my whole interaction & I could definitely see myself coming back to order more parts for my car.

You charged me 50 dollars for retention clips for an srx hood molding. You sent me 1 clip and 1 nut for it. The two of these could not have cost a dollar. I cannot retain the molding with one clip. I will NEVER use The GM parts website again

Received part timely but unfortunately it was wrong part. I only took it out of box, looked at it and realized it wouldn’t work and put it back in box, and returned it. I was charged 35% just to look at it! Also another $20 to return it. Will not repeat that mistake again!

Misleading information on website, no updates on shipping, customer service is terrible, and if you need to return apart, they almost make it so that you lose money to return it

I personally did not find ordering the part easy. There was back and forth with emails asking me if this is really the part I wanted. In my case this took away from build time. If I had ordered the wrong part that is on me. Part arrived in perfect condition, just many days later than I wanted it. Price was fair and reasonable.
