Ordered part I needed. Site showed in stock. We texted company to verify that it was in stock. They replied absolutely it's in stock. Next day get an email saying the order was canceled. Turned out they LIED and did not actually have the part in stock. First and last time using this business.

Although I didn't get the part I needed, the service was excellent, and they responded quickly to inform me that the parts were unavailable.

The part is incorrect and I’ve been waiting for a call back to close to a week after leaving a message. Guess I’ll have to try a return.
