Could not talk to anyone over the phone I ordered the wrong part and with the help of texting they ordered the wrong part using the vin #. I returned them both and I’m waiting to get a refund.

This bolt was a brand new GM part. It worked perfectly in my 2019 4WD Silverado. Just be sure you order the correct bolt for the location on your truck. I inadvertently ordered the bolt for the front LCA location, when I should have ordered the rear. The pressed on adjustment plate will be reversed. Because of a lift kit that was installed on my truck, I had room to insert the bolt the opposite way and it works.
