Placed order on 9/22. No package over 2 weeks. No tracking information. Reached out multiple times via email and text with no reply. Many other options to buy parts. Not recommended.

I really like this website; they have all the original parts for my car.

I ordered the correct part as per the web site. The web site was incorrect. Phone conversation corrected and I sent the wrong part back. Not only did I have to pay shipping, but a 15% restocking fee was also charged PLUS a new shipping fee for the correct part!!!!!!! I would like the dealership to refund theese fees.

Does not match the oem finish

It would have been perfect if the post would have delivered it to my address. Its setting on somebody else's porch. My gm parts was awesome sending it and making sure I ordered the correct item.

Package was never delivered by USPS. I have two super friendly yard dogs and USPS WILL NOT DELIVER to houses with dogs. Ridiculous. Please use a different delivery service for rural areas.

I ordered and paid for a light on 9/23/26, it's 10/2/26. No word on my order! No correspondence saying a problem, just took my money!

The sunshade I ordered for my Denali EV arrived as promised, was easy to install greand does a great job of limiting glare on sunny days.
