First off, the part was delayed in shipping. Then , the part was listed to fit my vehicle but was actually the wrong size. Due to restocking fee and return postage cost it wasn’t worth returning. Therefore I was out the money I spent for the wrong size part. Not terribly happy about this purchase.

The part was great and fit like it should. However, the online parts puller needs some help. I had ordered a intercooler pipe and was sent a tailgate handle for an SUV. I contacted the parts department via phone, they made sure that the part I ordered was actually in stock and could be sent. He had to let the online department take it from there unfortunately. The next morning the online department sent me a return label to send other part back, but wouldn't send my correct part until the wrong one was sent back. I had to leave work to make all this happen, so not only did I lose 5 more days without my part, I lost time and money at work. Maybe, the online department should check parts before just sending out, make sure parts look like what was actually ordered.

Before making purchase I contacted this company inquiring if the hardware to mount the front license plate bracket was included. I was told that it was so I made the purchase. Once I received the item that was not the case. It was only the bracket and no mounting hardware. Poor customer service.
