The part I ordered was not in stock they had to get it from the dealership. That was a delay then when it did arrive it wasn’t what I ordered. Had to email customer service twice that was another delay they finally sent me a return label to send back they did say they would send the correct part out but I haven’t received it yet. In all for the time wasted I could have went to my local GM dealer and ordered it myself.

I ordered a filler cap and filler cap housing for my ‘06 Silverado. OEM parts fit perfectly of course. Packaged well, no damage to package or products. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I had questions about the process. I tried to use the chat system which did not respond. I emailed customer service without a response. I called the supporting dealership which told me to use the website service I previously tried. I honestly thought I had been a victim of fraud in some way. Then 3 days later I received a notice from FedEx the package was on the way. Then the day of delivery, I received an email from Good GM parts the items have been shipped. So, items sent, new condition and not damaged, customer service was not responsive. 4 stars.
