I accidentally ordered the wrong part and wanted to exchange, the one who texted me back said there was a 35% restocking fee and on your site it says 15%, you need to re train your people. I purchased it elsewhere.

Communication about ordering incorrect part was poor. I had to call after a week of inactivity on my order to find out that I ordered the incorrect part. After talking on the phone with customer service rep order went fine and correct part was shipped promptly!
