I ordered the wrong part and I got an email from them saying the part I wanted didn’t match my VIN and they asked me what exactly was I after, I wanted passenger side seatbelt receiver and I had ordered a driver side seatbelt receiver and they asked me if they wanted them to fix it and they fixed it and sent it out to me. That’s some customer service that is the type that we are missing out in the world
