Everything fits perfectly

Thank you will buy again

Shipping is a little slow but part was fine.

They contacted me to let me know that the part I ordered was not compatible with my car model. Using the VIN they were able to ensure I got the right part.

Everything went very well fast shipping

I paid for an OEM Ford part, and got a Borg Warner knock off.

Great part, fit great

I have installed the rear wiper motor on my car, and it works as it should.

When I opened the box I noticed two of my plugs were laying against one another in same carton sleeve. I also believed the plugs would be shipped with individual sleeves over threads to prevent bending/movement of ground electrode. This may seem a little nit-picky, yet these shipping companies can be rough TY

It was the part I needed. I almost ordered the wrong color but your order system caught my mistake.

Not very responsive

As described, shipping was easy, and quick. Fits perfectly!

It was the correct part and was delivered on time

Received what I wanted the first try in a timely manner. Great job!

It's good you always have the Ford parts I need. But your shipping process could use some improvement. I wrote an email because it was taking longer than I expected. I was contacted by you letting me know that it was due to the holiday. However I ordered parts from the competition " Rockauto" the same day and there parts arrived on the day I was writing your company wondering where my parts where. Aside from that your services are acceptable.

Part doesn’t fit my vehicle.

Been waiting for my part. Says its been at the kansas city sorting facility for 4 days now.

It was easy to order online with fast shipping. Highly recommend for factory Ford parts.

The part was oem and got here when they said it would. Will order from them in the future.

Excellent service, quick shipping, good price on OEM body panel.
