I can’t understand why you don’t reward customers with Ford pass points or whatever they’re called seeing and I bought bought it from a Ford dealer

Comparing this new part to the scuffed up original I can tell it’s made slightly cheaper than the original. Still looks great and fits perfect. I’d buy it again.

I had to replace the rear taillight on my 2025 Explorer. I ordered a part online that I thought was the correct part but it was not. Someone contacted me to let me know I ordered the wrong part, and if I wanted to have the correct one shipped. There was not hassle either with credit card charges, where the original more expensive one initially hit my card, and getting that corrected as well.
