I ordered front end repair parts for my focus. I looked them up the best I could and then provided my vin number so that they could verify for me per their instructions. I ended up getting a part that was not correct for my car. Otherwise, the service was good. The shipping was somewhat slow, but I kind of expected that it would take some time to recieve everything. Everything did come packaged very well. I did get a response in a reasonable time each time I messaged the company.
