After four days, they responded to my order. It appears that no one received my response and did not bother to follow up. I called them ten days later to find out that they needed to order the part from Ford. Now, I have to wait for them to receive the part from Ford and then send it to me. I could have ordered the same OEM part from PartsGeek and had it in four days. My car has been out of commission all this time, and I am very upset.

Exact part I needed. I had installed 2 different aftermarket parts was not happy with them. Paid a little more here to get an OEM part and been pleased ever since. Should have done it right away!
