Review of MyFordParts Experience I want to share my recent experience with MyFordParts because, unfortunately, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for genuine Ford parts or dependable customer service. The company only has online representatives available Monday through Friday during limited hours, with no customer service available on weekends. In my case, they sent me two identical parts, even though one was the incorrect part for my vehicle. Because there is no phone number to call, I had to wait approximately three days before I could get a response. To their credit, customer service did process a quick refund of my $60. However, they told me I did not need to return the incorrect part and simply instructed me to discard it. That raised some concerns for me about whether the part was actually a genuine Ford part, even though their representative initially stated that it was. What bothered me most was that they refused to send me the correct replacement part at no charge. I was told the correct part was out of stock, but I personally checked their website and was able to place an order for the same part, and it showed as being in stock. It appeared to me that they simply did not want to cover the shipping cost for the replacement. Fortunately, my part was only a plastic headlight trim piece, so the situation wasn't critical. But if you are ordering an important or expensive Ford component, having no phone support and having to wait several days for an online representative could be a major problem. Based on my experience, I personally do not recommend MyFordParts if you're looking for genuine Ford parts and reliable customer service. I would recommend doing your research and considering another Ford parts supplier before placing an order.

Usps took way too long to deliver for a $35 shipping charge and the seat foam was folded in half to fit in the box requiring another full day of placing weight on top of it to get it to lay flat.

This was a very good experience. I had picked a part which was actually not the correct one for my vehicle. My Ford Part emailed me advising the part was not the correct one, noting the correct part and asking if I wanted them to switch the item out. Amazing service!
