The part was perfect and the repair is all done, thankfully. However, I was a bit bothered that the part I ordered was sent without a box. The label was placed directly on the part and shipped that way, which made it highly susceptible to damage. To be clear, there was no damage and it all worked out in the end, but there was a very high probability for damage to occur during shipping.

Great service! Called and was for my VIN and he verified the parts were correct and was less than half the price at the local dealer.

The product was exactly as described fit perfectly was easy to install no tools except for maybe a little plastic pry device to gently remove the old one and replace the new one. There’s two screws that hold the armrest in place and I was able to bring up the window controllers, and the mirror controllers. I would highly recommend buying your parts from this place as they are accurate and a good value.
