I needed some bolts. The illustration showed four bolts leading me to think that all four bolts came in the packet. I have ordered bolts before and I had to order a minimum of four. However, when I received the bolt, there was only one in the packet. .
I was concerned about ordering the part, but it fit perfectly in my 97 F-250 diesel.

Picture shows 2 of each, (2 Shocks) Purchased at "Ford Pricing" Plus Paid Expedited Service fee. Sat in shipping for 2 days, was told - To Bad, Then only got one part. In the Small Print on bottom of ad, states one item. . . With a Picture if 2 Items. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!

The online portion of the purchase went well, although the pick up was ridiculous. Received an email item was ready for pickup at dealer, went to address provided, service desk said had to go to different location for parts. Drove 15 min in traffic and they said I needed to pickup back at dealer where I started. Went back to dealership and to Accessories counter as directed where lady in back office acted as if I wasn’t there. Waited for 10 min for someone to show up and decided to call manager on my cell phone. Receptionist at front desk answered and transferred my call to the counter I was standing at. The manager walked up (from front reception desk) and I told him I was there to pickup an order. A 10 minute pickup turned into an hour of back and forth. I selected this dealership due to its proximity to me; I’ll drive the extra distance to get future service on my F250 elsewhere!

The part was perfect and the repair is all done, thankfully. However, I was a bit bothered that the part I ordered was sent without a box. The label was placed directly on the part and shipped that way, which made it highly susceptible to damage. To be clear, there was no damage and it all worked out in the end, but there was a very high probability for damage to occur during shipping.
