I worried that the mattress might a little too hard for my liking due to its compression into the delivery box. My worries were groundless. The mattress expanded nicely, and with no weird off-gassing odors. My sleeps were and continue to be sound and comfortable. I am also a repeat customer. We bought an Essentia mattress 10+ years ago, and we still use it today. So I expect the same kind of durability from this one. So while the mattress was pricey as compared to other brands, its proven quality/durability means that the "cost per night" makes it a good value. Oh yeah, and a good night sleep is priceless. I would recommend Essentia mattresses to anyone.

All of the staff were super helpful when it came to choose the mattress that will be best for us. The delivery was seemless...they took away our old mattress and brought in the new one without any issues.

We sleep on an essentia mattress and we wanted our pups floor carpet to be upgraded to his own. Chemical free was really important to us as we cuddle with him a lot. When I placed the order, their agents fulfilled my request to receive it asap if possible as we are going away on a trip and this bed is going to help with our dogs anxiety. It came quickly, a week, and I received many communications about my order and shipment. I took a picture to post here with my review to show proof of how content my dog is, but not possible. The picture is of him lying on his essentia for the first time smiling and fast asleep. Definitely happy we picked this up. Thanks essentia team!

The Rem9 is terrific however the team who arrived on site where not white glove service. My only ask is take off your dirty boots or where booties in my house. When I suggested this they told me they had to keep their boots on for safety reasons. Not cool

I bought the Essential Mattress Topper and it is truly amazing, - It is so comfortable ,, the Zero motion transfer is true to its name... I love the zero gravity feature, you really are in your own space and feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! Very comfortable weather I am on my side or back.., finally sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed and in no pain! She was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the differences between the selection, suggested the most appropriate items based on what our needs are. She followed up with an email listing all we discussed to ensure we make the most informed decision we can make. Although Lyn did not work that weekend, she reached out to make sure we had all the necessary info to make a decision. Both her and Paul, the manager, were great, and if the mattress and accessories are half as good as the service we received, we are winners. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The time staff spent answering my many questions was incredible. Paul built a trust in me for online shopping for a mattress topper that I didn't think possible, especially with something so important as a mattress component. He went out of his way to get me the best price, and answer every question I had with satisfaction. He never dropped away, even though my satisfactory investigation of the product I was interested in took weeks.His customer respect really showed, looking forward to more purchases.

I am a long time customer. We purchased a KING size mattress in 2010! YES 2010 and it's still feels brand new 13 years later. The BEST sleep ever. No disturbing your partner either. Honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud. Since then I have promoted them to my family and in fact they too have purchased Queen Size and KING size mattresses for themselves and family members. We have the pillows, including the travel pillows, we have their sheets, we have a body pillow, this one is great for ladies who are pregnant. I just recently purchased a KING size mattress topper to gift to my daughter and son-in-law. There was a glitch on my order with the billing address, the first customer service person did not provide the correct details. I then contacted the company by phone. In this day and age, many companies don't have humans answering calls, rather texts and emails. That's a big NO for me. I did send an email but was not happy with the answer and reached out by phone. VANESSA assisted me and she was fantastic and provided the correct information. I usually don't write many reviews but this one is a pleasure to write. I am a HUGE supporter of this amazing company!
