Few months previous my mother ordered an Essentia Mattress, she was always kept in the loop on what is going on as it went into production. My mom got sick and we had to return the Essentia Mattress that she ordered and was on the way. I needed to cancel the shipment so I emailed Vanessa she was so wonderful and caring about my mom and was on it as soon as possible in returning the order. My mom got better thank goodness and 3 months later she wanted the Essentia Mattress. I contacted Vanessa and as usual she was amazing responded to my email and she wrote the most fabulous email and she knew here contract number and was on it right away once again to get the ball rolling to expedite the mattress once again. She is so enjoyable to deal with and she is always there to help with anything we need to get the Essentia Mattress rolling out again. Very happy and friendly person. More people should be like Vanessa in the industry the world would be a better place. I have 4 of the Essentia Mattress in all 4 bedrooms, couldn't live without it. Thank you Vanessa you are one of a kind.

Recently my wife and I secured a small pied de terre in Montreal. Of course, we immediately ordered another Essentia Mattress from the Toronto Store. Lyn was very helpful, and we decided on a Queen Tatami for our new place. Lyn made sure it was delivered in a very timely fashion direct from the plant in Montreal!. We just spent our first weekend there setting up, and our new mattress was very comfortable and welcoming after busy days of cleaning and organizing. This is our 3rd Essentia mattress and we are (obviously!) big fans. We would highly recommend a Essentia Mattress for anyone considering one! Don't hesitate!

I had previously purchased pillows from Essentia and was interested in getting more information on a toddler mattress. When I called the store, Paul was super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. He went above and beyond to explain the the benefits of an Essentia mattress and provided the reassurance needed when making such an important purchase. Amazing customer service!!!

My mattress took a little extra time, no big deal. What was great was how Essentia staff were there, staying on top of the Fed Ex shipping issue, helping me, and keeping me in the loop of what was going on. You can't always control what happens, but you can control how you react to it, and Violet from Essentia dealt with me, and Fed Ex, supremely well. Also - the mattress is great!

Toronto store in the beaches had excellent customer service and all the mattresses to try. I highly recommend visiting the store I can’t wait to get our new Rem5

We now own several Essentia mattresses and have a hard time thinking of buying a different brand. I love that they are made in Canada with natural materials and enjoy the comfort and support they provide. As an ex-athlete with a long list of injuries these beds really a game changer. Beyond a great product, their service has also been next level. I've dealt with Paul on a few of our purchases and would highly recommend his support when buying from Essentia, he is very knowledgable and delivers support consistent with the brand!
