I love the product! I don’t know if I did it or it was automated but an item was ordered that I didn’t need and no questions were asked they just credited my card. They answered my email quickly and refunded my money quickly! Much appreciated!

I love the billie razors. They get the job done but still protects my skin. The subscription each month is so easy. I dont even have to think about razors they arrive on time every single month!

I’m a senior who has delicate skin and I have also tried a couple of different shaving products and Billie is the very best by far. It glides over my skin which is riddled with plaque psoriasis and although it does the job, I can’t use it often. But if you have hairy legs or armpits, Billie is the perfect shaver for you.

Great service

There was a problem with the delivery, however it was handled the same day I sent an inquiry email, even though the issue was specifically with the driver and not with Billie. However Billie took care of it. This is the best customer service I have had this year from a business.

After an issue I had with a previous delivery, it was resolved quickly and my order replaced.

I used to give 5 stars - cancelled my subscription. Blades are not the same, lotion runs out very quickly, if there is even any in there. Customer service and shipping very good But don’t need a product that doesn’t do the job!

The shaving oil is my favorite! Also use the perfume daily!

Fantastic customer service great product

I’ve been with Billie for years. The razor blade refills are super sharp and I can use them (if very fresh and new) on thick hair with just water, and get no cuts, scrapes, or bumps. The service is less expensive than buying Venus refills at the store, plus, it’s delivered to you!
