I had noticed that my monthly subscription didn’t arrive like normal. I checked the tracking and it hadn’t made any changes. I reached out to customer service and they looked right into it. It had gotten lost in the mail, no fault of anyone at Billie, but they sent me a replacement package immediately. I’ve always loved the products and the ease of having a subscription, but customer service support was absolutely amazing. Thank you so, so much!

I wanted to add to my order and the reply was in a timely matter. I’m still have not found where I can manage my own subscription. They indicated it was in the email where I ordered but I’m seeing where. I am loving the shaving cream and face wipes. The best ever.
The Billie razors last much longer than other razors of comparable price. My handle unfortunately broke, however a new one was shipped to me the next day at no cost after I spoke with customer service. I’ve never experienced such exceptional response time from a company. They really go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I love Billie and plan to continue purchasing their razors!

Even with my fine, blonde hair, these razors will not remove the leg hair. They are not worth my buying. When I expressed my displeasure, they simply asked for photos. This will not solve anything

I absolutely love my razor and blades, I love it so much that I bought both my daughters one. But. . . . The shipping process is AWFUL. . . I've had 2 orders now get lost somewhere in shipping and after like 3wks had to contact and get reshipment sent. Honestly I might as well just cancel and buy razors in store. . .

It took 2 weeks from when I ordered my blades til when I received them. Things should happen a lot quicker than that nowadays
Never a bump, knick, or even ashy skin! These razors are so reasonable in price, service is excellent, and they make shaving so much easier!
I have had a subscription for years now, and they do not disappoint! Last month something happened in the system that added 4 bottles of shaving cream (although I only ordered one). I sent an email, and in less than a day they refunded me the overage and more than corrected the issue - without me asking! They have a lifetime customer in me. Everything I get is amazing!
