I have been using Billie for nearly 8-9 years, they have always been the best razors and have the best customer service!

I had a few things go wrong on my end - I moved and forgot to update my address so my subscription was sent to an old address, the magnet on my razor fell off after many years of use - Billie made everything right and made it very easy on my end. I appreciate their patience and helpfulness.

Your razor blades are the best I’ve ever used. They are smooth and I never adore about cutting myself.

Was having issues with my razor handle not staying on its magnet, they replaced it for free.

I had an issue with my subscription order, but CS handled it immediately and with no question. As far as the Bar goes, it’s very helpful for exfoliating and moisturizing before you shave, Just remember it can be abrasive so be gentle…you don’t have to scrub.

Billie has the best products. I’ve been a customer since they began. I cannot do without their products. Their Customer service is Better than any. I can’t brag enough about Billie! They are THE BEST❤️
