I’ve been using this consistently and my skin already feels smoother and more hydrated. It feels really lightweight and gentle, and it gives my skin such a healthy glow. Definitely adding this to my routine.

I like the razor, cover and magnetic wall hanger. The thing I really do not like is the amount of refills I have received. I do not need the abundance of refills they send. I have enough for a year!

I ordered blades that never arrived. After contacting the company, they promptly sent me a replacement at no extra charge. It arrived just a few days later.

I love love, love the razor, but the blades get mushy and wet and sticky within the first day and that made it a bit disappointing. I only got one or two uses out of it.

This month, my Billie order that should have come didn't. So. . . I sent an email. They responded very quickly and let me know that they would send another order and that if the first one did come, I could keep it. Billie has the best customer service!

I’ve used your blades for years and love them until recently. The last two orders I’ve received the blades have been dull and don’t even work the first time I use them. It’s sad because I used to love your product and recommend it to everyone and it was so convenient to receive it in the mail. If you ever fix your blade situation, I will definitely come back.

I LOVE the Billie razor. I have noticed that since you were bought out that there isn't as much gel on the razors, which means they don't last as long.

I started using these over five years ago—absolutely LOVED them! Over the last two years, I’ve noticed they do not shave as well and the quality of the moisturizing strip around it is greatly diminished right out of the package. So sad. These were the holy grail of razors for me.
