I had a problem with 1 of my blades. The customer service was wonderful. They sent me a new pack of blades. They were very knowledgeable about their product. I will continue to use Billie products. Their customer service alone is worth using their products knowing that you have great support if needed!

I have very, very sensitive skin. I haven't had any issues with my skin getting irritated when the hair grows back, which has been the reason i have had to buy expensive mens razors my whole life. Also, with shaving cream, it was a wonderful, easy, smooth shave. No uncomfortable pulling of my skin at all. It made shaving so easy. Im so happy that i decided to try Billie razors! I purchased the Malibu set at Ulta recently to replace my Handle that was a few years old. Well the blade would not stay attached. I couldn’t find a problem with the handle so I contacted customer service thinking maybe the handle was changed since my last one or something. I had it for a couple of months, so it was out of the return window but they replaced the handle for free. It’s worked perfectly!
