There was an error in my shipment where I got the refill blades for the dermaplaner instead of my razor, but they responded within 24 hours and corrected the issue! Love and trust Billie for many years and many more to come!

Love the razors but 18day after shipped and still not here. They could walk them to me faster. By the time you get them they charge you for the next ones.

Everything I get from Billie is great quality and so affordable.

Customer service is excellent. I feel that the packaging is difficult to open due to arthritis in my hands. The other packaging you had was so much better but I am sure you switched because of cost. There are also times when I put on a new blade I do not bet as close a shave as I did with my old blade.

Refills didn’t come in on time so Billie expedited my order.
