Fantastic customer service great product

I’ve been with Billie for years. The razor blade refills are super sharp and I can use them (if very fresh and new) on thick hair with just water, and get no cuts, scrapes, or bumps. The service is less expensive than buying Venus refills at the store, plus, it’s delivered to you!

Billie razors have been my #1 option for the past 5-6 years. The aloe moisturizer on the head of the razor is truly a game changer. I have used the same handle and I buy replacement heads. The handle will last essentially forever and save you money. When I faced a small concern with a pack of replacement heads I bought the team was responsive and provided a solution quickly! It is wonderful to see a quality product backed up by strong customer service. Thank you team Billie!

One used the Billie razor for several years now. The razor is beautiful, makes having to shave less of a chore. The blades are sharp and last forever. I now have razor blades saved up for years because I don’t have to change as often. I really love the razor and will not use anything else for shaving all these delicate areas.

There is no other razor on the planet that I will use other than Billie. I have very sensitive skin and Billy is the only razor that does not give me razor rash for me. They last a long time each Blade last nearly a month for me - and customer service has always been amazing when I have needed them a few times.

I reached out about a package that was due to be misdelivered, through my own mistake, hoping to catch it in time. The agent responded that the package had already shipped, but that Billie had gone ahead a sent a replacement order to the correct address. The mistake was my fault, and the gesture was so appreciated!

I'm returning to Billie after a few months off because a) the blades last so long I had several months stored up, and b) I was moving to a new state. I've used these blades for years and they never let me down!

Billie’s subscribes is easy and affordable. I appreciate that I can control how often replacement razors arrive in my mailbox. Their customer service is great.

The magnetic holder broke and therefore my razor doesn’t stick to the wall. Which then allows the head to continuously get wet and is quickly no longer useable. I’ve gone through multiple heads now with 1-2 uses before the razor is not useable due to the goo pileup. Contacted Billie through instagram and was directed to contact by email stating they would help. Email stated they were unable to help me as I live in Canada and their warranty is only valid within the US. Won’t be buying any Billie product again

I love the Billie razor & blades. You get a close, wonderful shave, plus they have a line of cream shaving lotions. Everything you need in a shave. I won't use anything else.

I’m at a temporary addresses follow an accident, 3 months ago. I reached out after I received the email, my autoship went out. They got another shipped to where I’m temp staying, I really appreciated that.

While I love Billie razors, I was disappointed to learn that their customer satisfaction policies don’t apply to Canadians.
