I love Billie razors , I’ve gotten them for all my family members and they love them too. I do wish you would quit sending me so many refills, I have to many of them. .

I like Billie, sometimes it was difficult to get on site. Too many things came too quickly. I liked the products very much. Just can’t afford these now. Our country is in bad shape and only getting worse. Makes me really sad! If things turn around and Social Security doesn’t get disrupted. I’ll be back. Have a great day. Thank you!

I have had a subscription for years and occasionally there’s a glitch usually due to my payment method. Billie has excellent customer service that always remedies the situation. I have been very pleased with this company.

Great! The razors are sharp but gentle on my sensitive skin.

I think the shipping method Billie uses is terrible. My package has been lost and never received several times. And the fact that you can’t track it is crazy. However, I appreciate your customer service and sending a replacement each time. Somehow I always manage to get the replacement package. I wish you would use a different shipping company.

I've spent most of my teenage years looking for a razor that provided a smooth, clean shave without having to spend a ton of money on blade refills. Billie checks every box and is now the only razor I will ever use. Billie also has other amazing products that I love, especially their dry shampoo powder. Billie is a staple in my daily life, and their products have made my life so much better!

I forgot to change our address after we moved. I got the confirmation it was shipping, sent a message on a Sunday night that the address was wrong. Shipment was halted, address changed, and we received it at our new address in a few days.

Having razor blades delivered at a reasonable price is great. When the blade gets wet in the shower, it gets gooey.
