Ordered a hub cap for a 3500 RAM . Got a smaller cap

I was required to send proof of who I was by sending a picture ID before the part I ordered would be shipped. I have been ordering parts online for over 25 years from many different businesses and have never been asked to do that. Of course this delayed shipment because I was given an incorrect email address to send it to. Was told there was a problem identifying my shipping address.
