Poor communication, links fail in email receipt to connect to site, no confirmation email that parts are being shipped.

Your store sent me the wrong part even with the VIN number showing it’s the wrong part. I tried to answer an email regarding that, but the email gets returned.

The speaker arrived as scheduled. Easy to install and is working as expected.

Shipping took forever

Thanks again to Mike who helped me on the phone to guarantee that I was ordering the correct part. I’d had trouble prior to this on other sites with the correct application. It arrived quickly and was well packaged with no damage. Great customer service.

MoparPartsDelivered, by itself, is a strong 6 stars. But their choice of shipper dropped them to 2 stars. They're in MI. I'm in MN. The great USPS gave my package a 14-day trip to KS, back to MI, then finally to me. 2 weeks! Guys pick someone else. PLEASE!

Part seems to work but it took much longer to arrive at our house than what was originally informed to us, and the shipping rate was standard shipping but cost a ridiculous amount.

Reason for bad rating is that I received request to provide a review on order and delivery. The issue is that I have yet to receive my order and it was shipped on January 2nd

Wasn't able to create an account and needed to call to place the order. Also, the part was poorly packaged and arrived damaged.

Part shipped from Richmond MI on 12/17/25 it went to Detroit MI then to Pontiac MI then to San Antonio TX then Schertz TX then back to San Antonio then Indianapolis IN then back to Pontiac and delivered to Macomb MI on 1/6. it only had to travel 10 miles from Richmond MI to Macomb MI so it seems like a lot of time manpower and resources were wasted for this small part to travel 10 miles. tracking 9400136106059279457068

The parts were correct but the shipping was horrible 8 pieces of plastic clips $16 parts about 4 ounces and shipping was about $30 for standard service if I didn’t need them I would’ve passed
