Good people to work with. Got the part in a timely manner. Installed the new part which fixed my problem. Would contact again with any future problems with my Ram truck. My local dealer did not impress me that much.

Part was supposedly in stock but they had to physically get the part before they could ship it. Then they gave it to the wrong shipping service and had to wait for them to maybe bring it back. Finally shipped…total time from ordering it to receipt 2 weeks. Fair price but if you need a part quickly for your car, this could be a problem.

The product I received did not work for my truck like the website suggested. I tried emailing for a return and never heard back.

Parts that I ordered we correct, in excellent shape and arrived when promised. Better pricing than the dealership for the exact same parts. The only comment is their website needs attention. Can’t set up an account and can’t open any links that they send. They all fail. I was told by their employees that they are aware of the issue and we’re working to correct it.

Everything was great just needed a little better packaging like more bubble wrap but otherwise all good and will order from here again.
