It’s like the name of the website. Mopar part delivered and was fairly quick about it but part was defective.

This is probably the simplest process of ordering online of any MOPAR parts ordering for a late model Dodge product that I have ever done. Most online ordering of parts that I’ve done is you make your order, then pay for the parts prior to even knowing whether the part is in stock or not. And then there’s the waiting to receive a email stating that the part can’t be shipped due to the fact that they don’t have it or it’s discontinued, and this may occur a week or so later, which I hope doesn’t happen here. I like the fact that you ask for a VIN to be sure that you get the right part for the right vehicle. Unfortunately most online ordering done without a current part number is next to impossible,cause there’s generally a part number that has superseded the original part number. Obviously these are all issues you’ve probably dealt with in the past so I’m probably singing to the choir at this point. May I just say it was simple and easy. Part was as ordered but arrived damaged from shipping. It was still useable and seems to be working fine.

I received the package severely damaged. The box, when opened, contained nothing put the tow bar. Without any fasteners, I have no way to mount it to my vehicle. After sending three emails with no response, I called the number. It's been four days now and I still haven't been contacted.

Parts do not fit 2025 jeep wrangler sport.

Extremely please with the side steps, I not only achieved the purpose for getting the side steps but I also achieved a great looking product. They came with everything needed to install and are very sturdy. Great product!

My mopar wheel bearing assembly came earlier than estimated. It has the Chrysler emblem on it and fit like it should. Price was reasonable also.
